How to Make a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Arthuruniversities Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

• Your experience when you called or contacted Arthuruniversities Plumbing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Arthuruniversities Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@arthuruniversities.garden and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
