Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Arthuruniversities Plumbing wants everyone to be able to use arthuruniversities.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Aim For
Our goal is a site that works for as many people as possible. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@arthuruniversities.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@arthuruniversities.garden and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what is happening and when you are home. Request an estimate, or email contact@arthuruniversities.garden with your questions and we will point you to a provider.
